Tue..S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft. S swell 2 to 5 ft at 4 seconds. Patchy fog in the morning with vsby 1 to 3 nm.

Synopsis for the coastal waters from sandy hook nj to fenwick island de and for delaware bay.. High pressure along the east coast moves offshore as a weak frontal boundary crosses the region this afternoon. A warm front lifts north through the region tonight, followed by another warm front Tuesday night. A cold front then moves across the region Wednesday night. High pressure builds in from the north and west Thursday before moving offshore on Friday. Weak low pressure may pass south of the region next weekend.
