Synopsis for the southern washington and northern oregon coast.. Broad low pressure off the northwest oregon and southwest washington coasts will continue to track northward today and into Thursday. Winds will remain south or southwest through tonight, becoming variable on Thursday as the low continues north. Seas will continue to decrease through today.
