Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..A broad surface trough remains over the coastal and offshore waters. A number of surface lows meandering offshore will continue to produce gusty winds across the waters through Friday. Broad troughing over the region weakens early next week for a transition toward to more tranquil conditions on area waters.
