Synopsis for massachusetts and rhode island coastal waters.. High pressure builds across the waters today, shifting east on Wednesday. An area of low pressure follows for Wednesday night skirting south coastal new england with rain and possibly lower visibility. Seasonable and dry weather follows with return high pressure the remainder of the week, while a warm front lifts north across the waters over the weekend.
