Tonight..East winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast after midnight. Seas 3 to 5 feet with a dominant period 9 seconds. Mostly smooth on the intracoastal waters. Slight chance of showers.
Thursday..Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 feet with a dominant period 9 seconds. Choppy on the intracoastal waters. Chance of showers.

AMZ500 Synopsis For Flagler Beach To Jupiter Inlet Out To 60 Nm- 1037 Am Est Wed Dec 12 2018
Synopsis..Winds will gradually diminish today as they veer to the northeast and then east. However, seas will be slower to subside, especially over the gulf stream. Winds will turn southerly and increase late in the week ahead of the next approaching strong cold front. This front will push through the region early Saturday, preceded by a fast moving band of showers and possibly some strong storms. A second reinforcing frontal boundary will push through the area Saturday night.
Gulf stream hazards..SEas around 6 feet in the gulf stream. The approximate location of the west wall of the gulf stream based on the real time ocean forecast system as of Sunday, december 9th. 40 nautical miles east of ponce inlet. 27 nautical miles east of port canaveral. 24 nautical miles east of sebastian inlet. 17 nautical miles east of fort pierce inlet. 10 nautical miles east of saint lucie inlet.

Update
Surface high pressure across north fl will slide gradually eastward
across the atlantic into late afternoon. Low level flow will veer to
light onshore and allow some marine stratocu to move onshore along
the treasure coast and southern areas. After a cold start this
morning temperatures will be milder and reach the the mid to upper
60s north to around 70 lower 70s for the far SRN southern counties.

Morning update removed frost advisory headline with expiration
earlier at 8 am.

Vfr conditions with light winds. Some sct bases nr fl035-045
developing along the coast S of kmlb this aftn into tonight with
ocnl bkn040 developing in the same area aft 13 02z.

Marine
Decreasing northerly winds across the NRN waters and veering winds
to the east across the SRN waters this afternoon will allows seas to
gradually lower to 3-5 ft nearshore and 5-6 ft offshore into late
afternoon. Advisory for seas headlines will be replaced with scec
headlines for this afternoon.
