Synopsis for high island to matagorda ship channel out 60 nm.. Light onshore winds will prevail early today as high pressure drifts to the east. South to southeast winds will increase through Sunday ahead of the next cold front. The front should push off the coast early Monday with winds and seas increasing from the northeast.

An increase in low level moisture will allow for low mid
level clouds to return to the region this aftn. Clouds will
thicken tonight as moisture levels continue to deepen. Some
disagreements wrt models on how quickly precip will return and
have leaned toward the more aggressive tt WRF nmm. A cold front
will cross the area and reach the kcll TAF by 15z with MVFR cigs
developing behind the front. 43

Also, will see more CU developing this afternoon. Bumped temps a
