Quite warm humid ATTM over the fa W gusty SW winds to 20-30 kt.

Remnant circulation of cindy passing by N of the fa... Invof
mason-dixon line. That circulation exits the coast of nj later
this morning. Its associated trailing cold front will be
entering crossing the fa today... Slowing down at it presses into

Drying lowering of dewpoints on W winds expected over at least
nw 1 2 of fa during today. Per usual... Drying likely to be
delayed near the coast over SE va-ne nc as the cold front slows
down over that area this afternoon. Averaging out partly sunny
over the fa today (maybe a little better NW 1 2). Enough
instability W the front INVOF the area for inclusion of
isold sct tstms to possibly develop over far srn-se va ne
nc... Mainly after 21z 24. Highs today in the u80s-l90s... Even at
most beaches.

Short term 6 pm this evening through Monday
Cooler, drier air filters in from the northwest behind the

the weekend wx-wise. Lows tonight in the l60 nw... M-u60s
inland... L70s se. Dewpoints will lower into the l60s NW to
l70s far se. Any convection SE wanes tonight... W any lingering
spotty rain along the albemarle sound coming to an end sun
morning. Meanwhile... The rest of the local area will remain dry.

A much more comfortable afternoon and evening sun... W highs in

Long term Monday night through Friday
The secondary cold front crosses the area Mon night. Isolated shras
possible near the coast (esp on the eastern shore)... Otherwise

It is not checked for accuracy either by anyone at L-36.com or by the source which is typically the US Government. See the NOAA web site for their disclaimer. Finally, tide and current data on this site is from 2007 and 2008 data bases, which may contain even older data. Changes in harbors due to building or dredging change tides and currents and for that reason many of the locations presented are no longer supported by newer data bases.
