Seas 4 to 6 ft. SWell mainly from the S with a dominant period of 8 seconds. A chance of tstms this morning. Showers. A chance of tstms this afternoon.
Tonight..W winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt late in the evening, then increasing to 20 to 25 kt after midnight. Gusts up to 40 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. SWell mainly from the nw with a dominant period of 5 seconds.
Fri..W winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. SWell mainly from the W with a dominant period of 6 seconds.

Synopsis for the coastal waters from sandy hook nj to fenwick island de and for delaware bay.. As a rapidly deepening surface low slowly moves into the northeast today, a warm front will lift north through the area this morning before a cold front sweeps through this afternoon. The low will lift slowly toward the canadian maritimes Friday and Saturday, with high pressure building into the eastern u.s. This weekend. Another intense surface low will move from the southern plains on Sunday to the great lakes region Sunday night, with an associated cold front crossing the mid-atlantic on Monday. Another system may affect the area around the middle of next week.
