UPDATE
Issued at 902 AM EDT Wed Jul 3 2024
The weather pattern this morning looks very similar to 24 hours ago.
Latest radar imagery is showing isolated showers over the eastern gulf waters with the land breeze once again. Outside of those isolated showers, things are shaping up nicely this morning with mostly sunny skies and temps already in the mid 80's. The 12Z morning sounding is showing a slight decrease in moisture over the area with a PWAT of 1.93 inches. This is still adequate moisture to support scattered showers and isolated storms this afternoon/evening. Forecast looks good with no changes needed at this time.
