Coast/Valleys
While marine layer clouds have filled in through the coastal slopes across San Diego County (based 2000- 2400ft MSL), they have been more meager to form into Orange County and the Inland Empire this morning. Clouds expected to scatter out around 16-17z for the inland valleys, and by 18-19z for the coastal areas, with areas of FEW-SCT lingering along some beaches into the afternoon. Low clouds with similar to slightly higher bases will move inland after 00z Tue, starting in San Diego County and moving north/northeast through the evening and early overnight hours.

Mountains/Deserts...Besides FEW-SCT cumulus over the mountain ridges Mon afternoon, mostly clear with VFR conditions.
