onshore flow will remain through at least Friday while an approaching cold front will cause a gradual increase in wind speeds to near 15 knots in open gulf waters at times. Shower/storm chances increase Thursday through the weekend. A weak frontal boundary may slide through late weekend into early next week and bring northeasterly winds to the coastal waters.

Warm days and nice nights will remain the case for the short term.
Temps making their way into the upper 80s and even a 90F thrown in for good measure. No other issues at the moment so enjoy.
LONG TERM
(Wednesday night through Monday)

There will be more sh/ts around starting Thu but will likely be late in the day. A front will move into central TX and stall Thu while another front moves in from the north and stalls near the LA/AR line Fri. Disturbances will develop and ride along these boundaries by the end of the week keeping rainfall probs high over the area with the possibility of some of these being strong/severe. Most of this activity will be diurnally driven through the weekend.
