Saturday night - South wind 10 to 15 knots easing to 5 to 10 knots late in the evening, then becoming south 5 to 10 knots after midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
Sunday - South wind 5 to 10 knots rising to 10 to 15 knots late in the morning, then becoming south 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Slight chance of showers and Thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

Tonight and Saturday:
Clear skies and light winds will continue through Saturday as surface high pressure moves across Lower Michigan and the eastern Great Lakes region. Northeast mid level flow behind the mid level ridge over Iowa may push some smoke aloft into eastern and southern Wisconsin this evening contributing to hazy skies.
It will be a bit warmer and more humid on Saturday with highs in the lower 80s.

Saturday night through Friday:
There is a 30% chance of thunderstorms with heavy downpours each day.
As the surface high shifts to the east coast, southerly flow behind it will bring a push of gulf moisture into the region. PWs surge to 2 on Sunday and approach 2 at times throughout the week.
A closed mid level low will lift northward into southern Wisconsin Sunday afternoon providing a source of lift for scattered thunderstorms. Not expecting severe weather with shear around 20 knots and lack of an upper jet.
A mid level ridge over the western U.S. will set up with shortwaves moving through at times during the week. Instability will remain for chances of storms at times through the week.
Temperatures will increase as southwest 850mb flow advects heat in from the west. Heat index values will in the upper 80s on Monday and reaching the lower to mid 90s mid week.
